My Journey into Mortgage Lending

I started my career in real estate in 2006 as a Realtor, but I quickly discovered that I was far more passionate about the financing side of the process. The analytical aspect of mortgage lending excited me, and I found deep satisfaction in helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Becoming a loan advisor wasn’t just a career choice—it was a calling. I spent years searching for a profession that truly fulfilled me, and once I stepped into the mortgage world, I knew I had found where I belonged.

What Sets Me Apart

Success in lending isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about having the right team and tools to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for my clients. Working with a company that provides top-tier loan officers, processors, underwriters, and technology allows me to deliver exceptional service and close loans on time, with no unnecessary complications.

Experience & Expertise

I began my mortgage career in 2020 under the guidance of Margo and Marissa, and I was honored to be named a Rising Star by the KMBA in my first year. While I’m experienced in all types of loans, I specialize in construction and renovation loans, helping clients build and improve their dream homes.

I also hold an XCO certification from Xinnix Mortgage Academy, further reinforcing my expertise in the field. However, what I’m most proud of isn’t the awards—it’s the compliments I receive from my clients. Their satisfaction and trust mean everything to me.

My Approach to Lending

I believe in empowering my clients through education. My goal is to ensure they feel confident and informed about their financing decisions.

For first-time homebuyers and those facing credit challenges, I take a step-by-step approach. I provide actionable credit improvement strategies and follow up consistently using my CRM system to help keep them on track. My clients know that I’m always a resource for their financial questions—even long after their loan closes.

Welcome to Tennessee

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is attending closings. Seeing my clients step into homeownership, building wealth and happiness, is an incredible feeling—especially when I’ve been able to secure financing that other lenders couldn’t.

Beyond the Office

I’ll admit it—I’m a bit of a workaholic. I love setting goals, working toward them, and feeling the satisfaction of a job well done. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and eating great food. I used to spend a lot of time gardening, though I’ve slowed down a bit in recent years.

I also recognize the importance of community involvement and plan to be more active in giving back.

Let’s Work Together

There are many great lenders out there—and some not-so-great ones. My goal is to leave you feeling like you worked with the best. More than just a lender, I want to be someone you trust and call a friend by the time your home loan journey is complete.

📞 The best way to reach me? A good old-fashioned phone call. While I meet clients where they’re comfortable, I believe in having real conversations. A text message simply can’t capture the full picture of your financial goals—and when we get the full picture, we create happier endings.

Let’s talk and find the best path to homeownership for you!
